Storefront behavior is coded. Products and orders are demonstration data. Real payments, tax, inventory, email and fulfilment connect only to client-owned services after scope.
Each direction includes the same operational page set. The category changes discovery language, product attributes, collections, filters and merchandising priorities.

The template is the coded foundation. Merchant data, accounts, legal policies and operational rules remain client-specific.
Product hierarchies remain crawlable and understandable without relying on search-only discovery.
The demo implements the state model; production adapters connect the chosen platform and merchant rules.
No hard-coded legal or tax assumptions. The launch checklist requires configured providers and tested orders.
Domain, Shopify, payment, analytics and fulfilment accounts remain under the client organisation.
These foundations are designed for a merchant integration, not sold as finished businesses. Every launch closes the operational, legal, content and account-specific gaps below.
Shopify Admin is the standard managed path. A custom Flask administration system is separately scoped with authentication, roles, audit history, migrations and operational support.
Static demo data is never presented as a client CMS.Collections and products render as linked pages with canonical URLs, breadcrumbs and route metadata. Production data supplies valid Product, availability, shipping and return information.
